x700 is an ok mid-range card, howevr it tends to sit at the lowe rend of that spectrum.

Download a software application called ATItool, and it will allow you to change the speeds of both the ram and gpu of your card, and includes a utility for testing these changes.

Try downloading the latest ATI Catalyst 5.13 driver set as well. I am guessing you would be using the drivers that came with your card and not an updated set.

Your english is ok mate, we get what you mean.

x700's are luck of the draw when it comes to ocing, I've had 3 (fried 2 lol) first went to 500/550 (1100)easily on the waterblock and ramsinks, but the ac5 on the trasitors (not intentional)made a dead card.
the next only went to 480/475(950) on the block so I Vmodded it to hit 530/525 (1050)
(volt mod killed the card)
last one clocks to 520/550 (1100) on it's own
(not messed with the ram or voltage on this one)
