One of the less expensive brands... I think the cards carry a lifetime warrantee if registered online. My 6600GT runs hot, but works... My last one died last summer, but the RMA was smooth and pretty quick.

I think they used to be Pine.

They follow Nvidia refference design rather strictly for nearly all of their range. This is a good thing. They have a reputation for being honest and fast with their warranty, and produce good quality parts.

I couldn't give you a single reason not to buy one.

I love my XFX 6600GT. Overclocked like a charm and is very stable. Luckily I've never had to RMA!

I have a XFX 6800GS and I'm VERY satisfied with it. It allowed me to unlock 1 pixel pipeline and 1 vertex shader, plus it Oc'ed from 350 core t0 400, so now I have a 6800GT.

Smile Xfx 6600 Le

I just bought an XFX 6600LE to put in an Intel 531 3.0 gig /Asus P5GPL-X combo. I hope it is a nice card. Everything I've read about XFX is good to great. The SLI tech is over my head. Do you have to use the other slot (short one) that goes with the PCIe slot? In other words do I have to run a second card with my 6600LE to make it work? I would really appreciate any help I can get with this issue. This is the first computer I've ever tried to build. I need all the help I can get. Thanks
