7800GT BIOS Volt Mod
I have just used Nibitor to raise my 3d voltage from 1.4v to 1.5v and card now clocks upto 505/1100 compared to the 470/1100 it would clock to previously!

Easy to do and well worth a try! I will be posting a guide on how to do this shortly.
