I think those cards use 2.8ns samsung memory which is rated at 714mhz, I never tried overvolting the memory or core on mine but when unlocked to 16/6 at 400/900 they are nearly as fast as the 6800ultras just with 128mb of memory.

Sweet...I know that from the time I got the card until now, the performance has increased greatly. I will try to post some before and after benchies for the guys looking for "what do I gain"
