What card would you choose?

Ok guys my old 6800 Ultra has died and is going back to OCUK as its still under gauntee. I paid £288 for this card so was thinking what will that get me today as a replacement? I was thinking of the Gainward "goes like hell" 512mb 7900GT as it is within the price range or I was going to pay an extra £20 and get a bog standard 7900 GTX. It needs to be an Nvidia card as my board is SLI and I wish to get 2 cards on the go at some point.

Cheers

I would lean towards the 7900GTX. For 20 its worth it.

Bad news I'm afraid. First OcUk will tell you your cards fine - then they'll charge you a £40 phone bill for being told this - then you'll get a "replacement" card which is actually the same card - and then you'll end up short changed and empty handed.
It's called using OcUK.

Wait, is this RMAing a video card, or hiring a prostitute?

Me too, they have been fine just recently, i had problems getting a decent set of G.Skill ZX but they got it eventually and were really quick about it.

Id go with Dsio and not have that curry and get the GTX...
