ASUS Unveils External Graphics Card

ASUS today introduced a dedicated external graphics card for laptops -- the XG Station. The XG Station is an external graphics card that allows laptop users to enjoy high end graphics performance while plugged in. As the XG Station is an external graphics it can be unplugged when portability is needed.

ya I might even buy one. It would be grate to get laptop with intagrated to save batteries and a 7800GT atached

I wonder if it will be user upgradeable. It reads that it can use any PCIE card. It would be nice if it could be easily upgraded like a desktop.

All well and good, but having to buy that extra monitor screen(that comes with it) floats not my boat.
