So far as I know, no. The 100.xx series drivers are for Windows Vista.

The numbering system suggests that driver development for XP is coming to a close.

That would be my guess as well. Since the DRM requirements of Windows Vista pretty much destroy any notion of a Unified Driver set (from what I understand), and no software company wants to have to support 12 different operating systems, WinXP support is going to dry up pretty quickly, I would think.
