| If they asked Apple to stop selling it and Apple refused, it very well COULD be Apple's fault. In this situation, I think Eminem is taking the only approach they are allowed under the law; Apple are the ones selling the music. They have asked Apple to stop, and Apple have refused. If Universal have actually licensed Apple to sell the music (which Eminem says they can't do), then Apple have grounds to file a suit against Universal, and Eminem may actually join Apple in that suit. I suspect there's a lot more under the surface here. |
