Are you having trouble with it, or are you just curious about performance?

they will no doubt be good drivers, as the geforce 6 series drivers have advanced to the end of their development cycle, and because they are now focusing on GF7s and GF8s. the fastest drivers for Geforce 6 cards, are still the TweaksRUs 76.xx series drivers. After that things stopped improving considerably. However, though fast, they may not be completely compatible with the latest games.

i use a 6600 card and i am using the newest drivers without a problem.
i have used the driver you described and it is fast as heck. but it does have some quarks.
i had it installed for a week and it started doing crazy things like making my games all pixled. and jittery and eventually the samething with pc programs and just plain old surfing the net.
