They have two ranges, a silent range and a performance range which doesn't have a passive cooler.

They're also meant to be producing motherboards, I haven't seen any yet.

Yes, but their active cooled version has some pos little cooler on it:

That passive heatsink is massive and should perform very well with a low speed 80mm strapped to it.
