First time I ran with XP, I had to install the Audigy drivers THREE TIMES. This latest time, they installed off the CD with no problem. But Creative has some updated drivers you can check out.

Question

Spyder::What PCI slot do you have the sound card installed?
I think that PCI slot "3" is the most practical PCI slot for any sound card.
I would recommend that you set up your PCI slots and allocate the IRQ's per, Muskin Rules thread on AMDBM.COM/FORUMS.
This is an excellent read, and will work out a lot of problems you may have with the bios setup on a KT266a chipset mobo.
I use this idea of setup on the Epox I have, and the Shuttle AK35GTR in the wifes system.
Works geat on both.
