Post Overclocking XPS M1330

i just bought a new M1330 laptop
2.2GHz Core2 duo T7500 - Nvidia 8400M GS - 4GB of RAM - 7200rpm 160GB Hard drive

How can i overclock the RAM, Graphics card and processor without producing any serious heat or damage?

Unfortunatly, due to the design of a laptop it is almost always impossible to overclock them. The BIOS is very unlikely to support overclocking, and due to the size of the laptop chassis, cooling will not be very good, so any overclock you could achieve would result in lots of heat.
