Vc

I will make this short and to the point; Have no video(no post) in W2, test the card in W3 and it post, show the Win XP splash and that's it. If the card is busted, would I see the post? The card is a XFX 6800GS with a year of service more or less.

Bump... Still in doubt bout this. Maybe is to basic for you but not for me. I think that if the board have no on board video any video that comes out has to be from the VC. Is this right???

It is possible to see the post on a card that is busted.

Try booting in Safe Mode and see if you get video

I have had cards that worked until the driver loaded and then it would crap out. Try VGA or SAFE MODE and see if it works. If so, it is probably the card.
There are many stages of broken...
