If you got the money, I'd go with this one.
XFX PVT98FYDBU GeForce 9800 GTX Black Edition 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Retail

Newegg.com - XFX PVT98FYDBU GeForce 9800 GTX Black Edition 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

But I'm an EVGA fan so I'd go with this one instead...
EVGA 512-P3-N877-AR GeForce 9800 GTX SSC 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Retail
(770Mhz GPU / 2300Mhz Memory)
Newegg.com - EVGA 512-P3-N877-AR GeForce 9800 GTX SSC 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

Sorry but you don't have that info on your location so I didn't know...
But yea, ask dsio about HW parts since he lives there too.
He'd know where to get the stuff.

8800gt is faster, 9600gt is cheaper and uses less power. performance gap varies but typically the 8800gt is 10% faster in most situations.

MUff1N's recommended EVGA 9800 GTX is "Deactivated" at Newegg. It's always something.
