nVidia admits to underestimating AMD
From the front page:
XBL/PNS = neolad
In other words, we have been sticking it to our customers for years and must now actually take a new approach of doing business..
Biostar TForce X58 - Core i7 920 - 12GB Corsair Dominator DDR3 - EVGA 560ti - PCP&C 750W - Dual boot, Arch Linux/WinXP
Me thinks this is a very good thing for the end customer like us!
This also has me rethinking Nvidia for my next card(s), because most of the "High end" Intel boards will only use ATi in Crossfire & with the prices and performance of these new ATi cards, it would be a win win scenario.
I'm Positive that Nvidia will take notice this this and lower further prices of some of it's older 8 series cards which is also great!
But I can imagine the performance of 2-4870 X2 cards in crossfire! I'm sure it would be awesome Graphics devastation!!!
EVGA GTX 470 SC 36% OC (847/1694/2000) 160Gbs
3DMark Vantage: P24352
3DMark 11: P5119
