MSI TV-Tuner

Somewhere in my travels I picked up a MSI TV@Anywhere Plus Tuner card. Mareen has expressed an intrest in going back online agian. I have only one rig with a vid card with s-video out. Except this MCI TV card. Can it be use as a vid card tv out? I've looked but nothing gives a clear yes or no but it does have s-video out. I know, just tell me to go buy a cheap vid card and get it over with. Ya, I know.

AFAIK, which isn't very far, those tuner cards are just for grabbing the tv signals.

It probly is.
I only want the s-video. Mareen thinks she wants to get on line. If, key word there, does much that will be all. I'm spending $30 for a vid card, a cordless keyboard and mouse, and a 5ft s-video extention cable. I'll throw that into one of my folding rigs, put it up on the TV, and she can surf away. If she wants to do more or even keeps at this I'll get a decent card. Untill then, I'm going cheep!

There is a certain beauty in spending less. I'm not good at it--oh, the shame! Seriously.
