I got it right this time!
E8400 Wolfdale 3.0Ghz @ 3.5725Ghz

Two bios changes:
FSB Memory Clock [1589]

CPU Core 1.25625v [1.2v default]

Temps:
26c to 29c no load
38c to 40c OD'd 3.57225Ghz + OCCT

I'm happy as I can get! I haven't realy started to OC and with F@H GPU and CPU running, OCCT barely hits 40c. Happy?
