It's in the freezer!!!!!!!! So how long should I keep it in there (Rage Fury Pro, I want to practice on it before de-sinking my GeForce) before trying to de-sink it? And is the "twist and pull" method the best or should I try to put a wedge in and pry it off?

30-60 minutes freezer time but be sure its in an anti-static bag. Pull it out and take a butter knife (with the rounded end) Put a folded over business card or matchbook under the knife and just wedge ithe sink up a bit, trying to move it to one side at the same time if you can (twisting action I guess). Once you get it just partially up, move the knife in a bit farther and do it again. Keep going and she'll come off pretty easily. BE SURE that whatever you use between the kife and the board covers (or better still, is away from) any traces etc on the board. And go slow...common sense stuff. BongWater
