I have a wireless trackball and keyboard (both logitech). Every so often my Trackball would stop working. I would unplug it from my USB hub, then plug it back in and press the connect button on first the receiver unit then the trackball and it would work again. I never had a prblem with the keyboard, After pluging the trackball directly into the USB port on the back of the puter I haven't had a problem since. Hope this helps. If not Logitech has great tech suport. Two of the keys on my keyboard died and I called logitech and they walked me through about 10 troubleshooting step that I already had done. Then they sent me a new keyboard Fed Ex 2 day air, without me needind to send them mine befor hand.
