GF4 4600- DOA 3 times......
Hey- i have had a realy problem with gf4 4600's- its like they are overclocked to get the speed and it sucks! they keep dying0- 3rd ONE! and driving me nutz! i even put the new gf4 4600 that i got today in my backup machine because of the reliability issue- My gf 4 4400 is clocked faster and more stable then the MSI gf4 4600 that i have- anyone else have this problem?

You have to be doing something wrong, the odds of three bum GF4 cards are astronimical. You'd be a likely candidate to play the lottery for a living the odds are so in your favor

I think we have grown complacent when it comes to static electricity's impact on our components. I suspect you are shocking the card at some point.

Heh, I had two bad Asus A7V333's. They accually didn't die - I flipped a dip-switch. Never do that with Asus Jumper-Free MB's!!

Both these cards were doa from the shop- bad shipment- i personly CAN NOT hold static electricity- i have been shocked so badly that my body is immune to like 10000v now.......... stupid transformers blowing......- i got a new one- works fine- so im happy :-D

I said the same thing to a guy at another forum who stated he got 6 bad mobos in a row. I kept telling him that he's doing something wrong, especially since he was getting the same problem each time, that the odds were something like 3 billion to one for him to get 6 bad ones in a ROW with the same problem. I bought like 4 of the same mobo and didn't have a problem with a single one.
