Very good read. In-depth and informative. The only problem is that like all reviews of the 8500, it only shows that ATI has potentially superior hardware (fastest mem, highest theoretical fillrate, best video, etc) but the continue to be castrated due to their abysmal driver department. I'm gonn be upgrading my Video card soon, and I would love to save over $100 and get the ATI model, but with current drivers, how could I?
