Samsung 955DF Has no Contrast/Controls? Too bright!

ok, so i have a Samsung Syncmaster 955DF & i didn't notice until i got another 19" monitor (pro view), but the Samsung is WAY too bright!

I've tried everything but can't find teh contrast/brightness controls. I have the version with the OSD Buttons that pop out underneath.

Does anyone know how to adjust them?

I don't remember how it was on the 955DF, but on my 900NF you just use the 4way arrows...
