| New vid card buy i want 2! Allright. Here r the facts. I need a new vid card. I have 200 moneys or slighlty more if i work on it... I need suggestions, my on;y requirements being it is good overclocker and has vivo or if anyone knows anything about it that new otes siluro from abit, its a 4200 w/ 64 mg ram but no vivo, but it has that awesome heat pipe system, which abit say make it perform just as well as 4400. Plus it freakin look cool. THx fer ur help units.  Blarg Y The end

| the 8500AIW 128mb is a great choice if you are into VIVO and has all sorts of crazy toys that come with it...but if youre more of a gamer i suggest a Ti4200 with VIVO....

| i would still recommend a 8500 tivo, unless you want to buy a 4200 plus a pci tivo setup...

| Don't get the 8500DV AIW...very buggy.... Get the 8500 128mb AIW...much better.... ...same drivers as 9700 and easily OC's from 275/275 to 300/300. If you're lucky enough to get 3.3ns memory, you'll have no trouble taking it to 300/330...

 MSI gf4Ti 4400. Not the purple "Championship Edition", I run that one. Their other 4400 does have VIVO & the best software bundle I've ever seen packaged with any vid card. Its a monster overclocking & cheap as he11.

| blarg. Anywho, ir thinking towards msi 4200/4400. Ya see, ir worried about future games using 128 of mem and i be stuck with 64. I have a fun awesome old tv tuner from 3dfx, tv 200. I just want better quality. I have never seen vivio quality so maybe a nice type person can take some screens/ tell me a bit about it the siluro otes looks really cool, and overclocks really well, and is awesome cooled, but is only 64 megs and no vivo. If vivio is inferior to my tv 200, then i may just as well go siluro btw... No ATIs. I dislike them severely. I dont even like nvidia that much. Personally ive always been a 3dfx man, that is until they went out of buissness (*tear) Anyway i chose nvidia as the lesser of the two evils

| 3dfx rulez, glide looked better than direct 3d or opengl back in the day, I'm still after a voodoo 5 (cheap like) personally my next vidcard buy will be a radeon 9700 when they get to the £100 (yes I know it might take awhile).

| Hmmm... Loop is looking fer cheap voodoo 5 hmmm. Maybe if i can get my freeloading buddy to give me my voodoo back we can arrange some sort of... arangement Oh yeah, and spydey ordered the msi, cause it r good. I got most of parts fer new comp in mail today. card should come monday
