(9800 pro 128MB) 2 Questions
 

Right i know you guys probably been asked this a million times but:

1. What are the best drivers to use with my Hightech 9800pro ICEQ 128MB
(eg. improve aquamark and 3dmark03 scores, without loosing gamimg performance)

2. I want to clock the above card as ive read i overclocks well, whats the best tool for the job and where can i get it. (it needs to be easy to use as im not too up on overclocking graphics cards...actually first time)

omega drivers are geared towards gamers..and has given me the highest scores...
but there is just something about the ati catalyst drivers...you'll notice details and other things that are removed by the omega drivers to get that extra FPS....
the are dna drivers as well, but i didn't like them. but i have not tried them in a year.

if you download the new omega drivers, atitool is included with the install package. this tool will provide you with some great artifact monitoring....
if you check on atitool, you'll see some people saying htat atitool catches artifacts @speeds where they see none in games....i don't think that this is a bad thing. if you can't see the artifacts, does not mean they are not there.
your card has a vga silencer attached...should go decently high...
one thing to remember in overclocking is that someone somewhere figured out the math of overclocking and temps...for every 10c you lose in temps should net you 2-3% more in mhz. seems to hold true for me so far...

I had alot of problems with the DNA drivers. Personally I use Catalyst 4.6

me too...better benchies with omega's...but i like ati's catalyst like i said earlier
