pc3200 ram timings

Hi,
Could someone please tell me the best stable memory timings for pc3200 ram?

it really depends on the brand/model of memory you have.

the memory usually has a sticker on it telling you its optimal timings. if youre not OCing, the motherboard usually defaults to the memory's optimal timings stated on the sticker.
