They are overclocked the same way as any other processor.

All you need is a Motherboard that will support overclocking, a disregard for your warrenty and often some extra cooling.

The keys are the ability to manipulate Voltage for the CPU, memory and northbridge.
Also, you need to be able to manipulate the FSB.

What motherboard are you presently using?

Why is it so many want so much info ,but do not bother to tell us anything. like what motherboard you have. are you sure that is not a 2.4b on an 845G chipset? Tell us what you have!! Brand of motherboard is everything

Maybe because they don't know any better? LOL

Chill, brother WZ. Our job is to teach. Ever been so clueless that you didn't know how much you didn't know? I'm still there!

Short answer...
Overclocking on that mobo is highly unlikely. The best thing to do is hang on to it, get as much use out of it as you can, and when it is too slow to be useful, replace the mobo for starters....

Good luck.

not really because i got the idea from someone else, but you can use it on only one condition. i get to see pics of it when your done. good luck! in some cases, cutting through leather and wood can be more frustrating than cutting metal. speaking of cutting, i began my awsome case mod today. so far ive got the side window and to blowgoles done. it looks awsome, even with that now extremly scratch beige paint. anyway, good luck on ur briefcase mod.
