How to OC my P4 D805 without OC'ing my RAM?

Well I have my P4 D805 happily running at 3.4ghz and the temperature never goes above 55 celcius (with stock cooling)

I want to push it further, but every time I bump up the FSB the RAM speed follows.

I'm running Corsair XMS2 PC5400 (though everything reports it as 5300! )

The setup for my OC is as follows:

FSB 680
CPU 170x20

That means that the RAM is currently running at 680mhz, is there any way to overclock the CPU further without increasing the speed of the RAM?

Use a RAM devider, there should be an option for it in the BIOS
