You know I have to differ with you on that cloasters Just a couple years ago when TCCD first hit a 1 gig kit of G.skill 4400LE was $260 and a one gig Kit of OCZ platinum Rev.2 was $275. Now you can get 2gigs of G.Skill
DDR-2, PC6400 for $249 delivered. So you get twice the memory for less money and it will allow higher clocks than we dreamed just a couple years ago.
