sometimes the cards don't react to extra voltage in any big way, however, adding more V is rubbish without beefing up the cooling - are you using the stock cooler?

mesured the Volt, but no reaction, constant 1,31 Volt/2D.
GPU-Temp is with load max about 10...15° C - it's a
small-direct-compressor !

You need not worry about 2d voltage.

Is 1.31 the voltage you started with?

Yes, 1,31 Volt ist the Standard.

Just I took another look into the RT9259A circuit, and
I think, that the PIN 4 (FB) is for the Mem, and the Pin 6 (FBL) ist for the GPU.

This were an explanation, that the VGPU didn't changed.

Then the only thing is that I don't understand wy the performance of the Mem was not better (831x2 even).

Sometimes no matter how much voltage you have, a device will reach it's limit. Does the mem chips has cooling on them?

Now did it

Pin 6 (FBL) for GPU and Pin 4 (FB) for Mem every with 10KOhm poti soldered (for the RT9259A)

GPU now with 1,58 V and 764 MHz, Aquamark3

about 70 MHz more then before with stock-Volt 1,33/3D.

Mem is difficult to say, only that less 30 Ohm.

Hi again

now have measured the GPU-Volt between the wraped donut and ground and I find out that both pins 6 and 4
increase the GPU-Volt ! The pin 4 is NOT for the Mem !

Maybe the Mem will increase WITH the GPU, but I don't
know !? (on board is a LM393, but I will not touch it)

So the calculated 1,58 V was in real 1,50 V but by 2D.
(in 3D-Mode is nothing to measure!). Now by reducing
the FBL (pin 6) and the FB (pin 4) have reached measured 1,56 V /2D, with new results:

GPU 790 MHz / Aquamark3 tested
Mem 2x 804 MHz

if You, phatic, has an idea about the Mem, please tell me

so, now the soldered VMem-Mod is done

the results are with GPU= 790 MHz:

VMem-stock= 804 MHz / Aquamark3-tested
VMem-now= 873 MHz / Aquamark3-tested

the resistant-Ohms are
stock=610 Ohm
adjust.=565 Ohm (25 KOhm-poti)

V is calculated (not measured)
stock=1,75 V (?)
now=1,93 V (?)

(the solder-points are solder-friendly substitue-points)
