DIY phase-change HOW-TO

I think THIS is some awesome work, and if I had the time and money, and more importantly the guts, I would seriously consider building my own phase-change set up!

Nice indeed
just a note of caution that it is illegal in most countries to tamper with the refrigerant in most phase change coolers unless you are registered with the correct local authoritarian for your territory and are using the correct equipment.

Mainly due to older systems used CFC's and more recent (mainly in America) still use HFC's which are nasty gasses at RTP and should never be vented to atmos.
