Voltage and Gf3

My GF3(elsa gladiac) just won't run past like 190MHz FSB on a 1/5divider. I don't know wheter to v-mod the GF3, I know how to do it. Has anyone here done it, if so what kkind of temp increase did you get from the same speed?

My new PSU, just arrived, may help here but it has adjustable rails. If I raise the voltage will this lead to an increase in voltage for every component? Does anyone know which voltages the PCI should run off, I assume 3.3v and 5v.

If anyone has done this, did you have any probs doing the v-mod, any advice??
