Celeron 2.0ghz dilemma

I have just ordered a celeron 2.0ghz to replace my pentium 4 1.8A which I am selling to a friend.
I have a Abit BD7 II raid with latest bios, corsair cas2 pc3200 ver 1 256mb stick, and inno3d geforce ti4600.
I can run my 1.8A at 2.4ghz rock stable, complete prime , sandra 2003 and loop 3dmark2001 (best score 13870).
What do you think my chances of hitting 3ghz with the BD7 II raid mobo? I was looking at an IT7 V2 mobo but it is £157 at Dabs.com. Should i wait for granite bay, stick with BD7 II or go for the IT7 V2?
any help would be apprecaited
rob H

First, the P4 1.8A is way better than the Celeron 2GHz, so .....
As for the board, I think the BE7 would be a slightly better idea because it has the new i845PE chipset and it is not as expensive as the IT7 MAX2 v2.

just got my celeron 2.0ghz today, running sweet at 150fsb/400ddr using Corsair PC3200 at cas2.5 fast timings 6-3-3 on Abit BD7II Raid, using 2 xmaxtor on raid 0.
I have coming on friday 256 GEIL PC3500 cas 2 ram
Hoping to hit 160mhz fsb on air cooling.
I am selling my Epox 4g4a+, my BW7 Raid and KT400 GA7 VAX and amd 2200 chip to finance a granite bay board. Then I will sell my faithful old BD7 II board as well. Hope those granite bays aren't too expensive!!
