Question Help Me( Vcor +/- )

I can’t get more than 150 fsb with my Epox 4SDA5+ and a 2.8GHz I have good air cooling and compound (40’c ish @ 3.15GHz)
Has anyone got some ideas on getting it higher,
what can I go to on my Vcor ?

Welcome to AOA, BURGER KING!

Personally, I'd just hate to see 3.15 Gigs of clock speed from a machine of mine. How could I face the neighbors?
But seriously, if a BIOS flash won't add more "top" Vcc to your mainboard, it's soldering iron time. To the best of my knowledge.

i can get more out of my BIOS im just not shore what is safe

Whole bunch of theories on Vcore for the Northwood. Some will go pretty high but supposedly it will kill your CPU. I personally will not go over 1.7V and for daily use I prefer to be under 1.65V with 1.6V being ideal.

I recon the board will probably do a bit more than 150

What memory timings and ratio are you running.
What ram ?

the xms 3200c2 @ SPD with c2,5,3,2,auto

do you think that could be the prob?

With the RAM you have, I seriously doubt that "by SPD" is holding you back.
