Since local tv stations started to divert some of their broadcast power into digital signals my reception went from iffy to worse. I broke down and bought the entire x-files series on DVD. To bad that it's wasted money on the last two years or so. Always something.

Ever notice how unusual it is to see what used to be called Datsun 260Z's, 280Z's and newer models of the same type on the road? Rare as hen's teeth.

Tooth made with the owie. Took the dentist one hour of pulling to get the beahtch out. And it was a frontal bicuspid, fer cryin' out loud. I told him I had difficult roots. Now he believes me. Sheesh, the root had a hook on the end of it. Lidocaine is wearing off. Ow.

Thanks for the empathy. Much better today, thank goodness. The freakin' dentist was bumping into my upper teeth and glasses and with slightly shaking muscles on the job he had. Mongo wasn't feeling lucky in the chair yesterday. It's probably a good idea to take care of your teeth!

Saw an old S-Type Jag on the freeway yesterday and it was in good shape. Shades of daddy's yesteryear. That car spent much of its life in the shop, wonder if the guy driving the relic yesterday is a Jag mechanic?
