Can Anyone Help me Get Higher

Ok, my current rig has

Intel P4C 2.6 Ghz (multiplyer 13)
Asus P4P800 Motherboard
1Gb Twinmos pc3200 ram

Ok, basically I have overclocked up to 3125 Mhz, by increasing the vcore voltage up to 1.625 V, slackening my ram timings and setting the Ram voltage to 1.85 V. If I use any higher fsb than 241 I get instalbility and windows freezes when MBM5 (motherboard manager 5) loads on start up. I am currently using air cooling can anyone help me get a higher overclock ?

Probably not. I had a 2.6C that OCed about the same for 24/7 use. I could go higher if I was just benching with some freezing cold air. Are you running 1:1 or 5:4? You shouldn't have to loosen timings in 5:4. The 2.6C's do not overclock very well at all, they were never part of good batches. MBM5 is actually Motherboard Monitor 5, not manager (in case you wanted to know). The P4P800 is a great board, I doubt it is holding you back unless the chipset cooler isn't seated well. The RAM wouldn't be an issue in 5:4. My guess is the CPU is your crutch.
