Question About changing mobo & fan setup

Ok I bought an Asrock P4V88 mobo and the bios isnt all that great so should i upgrade for a better overclock?I also have ordered 2 more gigs of corsair low latency ram with heat sinks a new 300 gig hd and a geforce 6800.Oh also my prescott has a spark 7+ on it and my fan setup is 2 80mm in bottom front,1 80mm blowing into the case on the side,2 80mm blowing out the back,psu has 1 120mm sucking up from its bottom and one blowing air out the back 80mm and 3 small fans cooling my hardrive blowing air in my 5 inch drive.Ok my question baout the fans is the turbulence at all or is there a better way to setup my fans?

I'd personally get rid of the ones on the hardrive, the case airflow willbe plenty, and also drop it down to just 1 in the fron intake, and one exhaust or keep them both at 2 and run them on 5V

I might remove the harddrive ones but why the front?And how do i change the voltage like i said before mobo bios sucks.i also forgot my blower right below my video car dand my northbridge fan.

you don't need to remove them it's just it's overkill really, that thing must sound like a jet plane
are they powered with molex connectors or standard 3 pin connectors?
if they are molex connectors you can just swap the 5v and 12v pins round, you need a small screw driver to unclip the pins from the plastic, I'll put some photos up later detailing it.

Actually kinda quite unless i turn the Spark+7 all the way up........and they are molex
