where was the P2 made?

well, i have been sorting out my old hardware that i have aquired over the years and was looking some of my P2s now, some of them say they were made in phillipines one of them says it was made in ireland but one...... just says A4 where the location of manurfacure should be...

anyone know about this? just curious really

no, its slot loaded, but yes, that looks like the kind of thing

They are rare (they shouldn't even be for sale) but theres not much demand for old engineering samples, a Coppermine or Tualatin maybe, but a Klamoth/Deschutes core probably not.
Theres one way to test if it is, try using a higher than spec multiplier, very few none engineering sample chips are unlocked upwards

i WOULD test that, but i dont think i have a single processor slot 1 mobo anymore, and i dont have a stepping match for that processsor
