DDR400 Question on P4P800-E Deluxe

Oh, how I lag behind the times.
According to CPU-Z the memory frequency is 200mhz. How would this compare to DDR400? For instance 2 200=400?
Also in the bios I have the option of selecting 400 what should this affect?
A short class in this would help me.

Single channel ddr400 runs at 200MHz, and dual channel ddr400 runs at 400MHz.
two sticks doesn't mean it is dual channel.
they have to be compatible.

i865 chipsetted mainboards have been no problem to run in dual-channel for this unworthy scribe. I simply made sure that I ordered two identical 512 Mb sticks at the same time. One hopes that the etailer doesn't choose two different types of RAM to fill your order.

CPU-Z identifies the memory as PC3200 @ 200mhz which from what I understand, all is well. Though in the overclocked condition using the AI Booster the ram is tuned down some.
I have got a lot to learn again.
