Well you might try Clock gen and see if there is a generator there that will work with your board.
http://www.cpuid.com/clockgen.php
After you boot up you use clock gen you might get that 3.2 up to 3600 to 3800 so check it out hey if it crashes when you reboot it comes back to stock so no harm. There is guy over at (H) that got his dell to 4ghz with Clock gen
I would load this one.http://www.cpuid.com/cg.php?cgid=ICS952618 It will either recognize what you have or it won't it is for the 865 and 875 chipset but it may
work with the 925. I played with a clock gen on my Epox board I just used one that was close as they don't have one for my board and it worked. My board just don't need it.

I had Intel D865PERL withmy 2.6 Northwood. Went from that to a IS7-E2 real quick.

Well there is a clock generator right there on the clock gen page specifically for intel brand boards. As I said there was not one for my board So i grabbed one for my chipset and it worked. No harm in trying. When he kicks on clock gen it will either see what he has or it won't. Never know til you try!
Follow the second link I posted it will take you straight to the intel clock gen. The main potential problem I see is that clockgen may have trouble getting the PCI frequency correct. So you might want to try a clock gen for the 925 set just because of the pci
