Malaysian P 4 Northwood chips
Am I correct that hese are the better OC ..... if so ...... anyone know where to get one without taking the chance of getting a Costa Rican one

They are probably a bit better. Some places sell them as "PIV NW MALAY" or something similar... if they do this the Malay chip is a bit more expensive.
