info for new build

Hi Guys.

any info gladly welcomed,this is my next build,and i wanna know if all these components are compatible,and will i be able to say get to a 350 fsb overclock for my cpu.

Intel Core2 Duo E6600

2x Kingston Hyper-X KHX6400D2LL/1G 1024mb ddr2-800 ( pc2-6400 ) , CL4 , 4-4-4-12 , 2.0v , with heatsink

Asus MB-AP5N32ESLi

thanks guys,so ill most likely have this by Friday and report back on Monday if all goes according to plan.Will post my 3d mark scores as well,ive got a His x1900xt 256 card,so it should be ok.cheers.

Any real reason not to buy Buffalo Firestix DDR-6400 1 Gb x 2 instead? The specs are about the same. Their listed as 5-4-4-12, but users say that they are really 4-4-4-12. Buffalo is a newcomer, but I'm very happy with their PC-3200 DIMMS.
