vista issue

hi guys,

i was fixing my pc over the wkend and decided to change over my main HD. I previously had a 74GB Raptor.....but due to the stuff i had to install - i always had like 10 GB left.....which annoys me.....so i decided to swap over 1 of my 320GB WD to be my main HD.

Everything went fine during the install.....but once i got all my apps installed.....apps like NFS CARBON, COD2, SOF2, BIOSHOCK, MS OFFICE 2K7, JAVA PLUGIN, UTORRENT, DIVX, XVID, MS Updates, ITUNES, Flash player and a few others....

Whenever i would use IE - for ebay or windows update screen.......the mouse cursor would get all slow....like there was a memory spike / lag.....and ive actually tested like....

ive put the ebay IE screen on a little corner....i would move the mouse over the IE screen and desktop....but the choppiness would only occur when over the IE screen. which is weird. happens on random times on the desktop or one 1 part of the windows update process....or ituns sometimes....

At first i thought i was a flash plug in issue (because on the ebay screen they have those little paypal flash ads) but ive updated flash......restarted etc but still nothing.

The absolute weird part is when i plugged my Raptor back in and reformated and installed everything exactly the same....this doesnt happen. All works great. Could it be a HD issue? or the fact that 1 spins at 7200RPM and 10kRPM?

I also thought i'd mention that my system is Oc'd.....however its OC'd with both HD's in place. Also this HD is place in between my DVDrw and a HD Cage

Could heat issues cause this??

Someone please help........thanks guys
