Overclocking Asus P5N-32E Sli

hey guys.

Got the following setup to run at 3.15 gigs at 350 fsb.
Could you please help on getting a higher fsb and clock:

Asus P5N32E-sli
C2D E6600(at 1.420v)
2x Kingston 1gig HYX ddr800(4-4-4-12:1T)
Asus 8800GTS 320M
Coolermaster 600W Igreen v2.2 psu
Lite-on 20x DVD writer(Sata)
Zalman 9700 LED cpu cooler
Creative Audigy 4
1x Seagate 250g sata2 16mb
1x Maxtor 160g sata1 8mb
Leadtek tv card'
Gensat Menoceros with 2x120mm fans+240mm Sidefan

I read articles that this board can do 500fsb,I just want to get to at least 400-420 fsb stable.
Any info/advice greatly appreciated.

That is a lot of volts for 3.13 Ghz.

There have been some issues with that board.

I have a 6400 on an EVGA 680i and it is at 3.3 with 1.25 volts. 1.42 seems like a lot to me. Is it running hot at load?

Look through my posts in this thread. I was able to get to 500+ with an E6300 on the P5N32-E SLI. Should give you a few ideas to move forward with.
Help with OCing my friends system...
