Let the fun begin!

Ups left Portland at 4pm. They just might make there delivery schedule of tomorrow.

I have a little case modding to do first thing in the morning. I have a case fan mounted on the side panel facing the board so it not only adds circulation but blows directly on the board. I used a speaker cover to provide looks and a screen for cat hair!
I decided I'm going to do the same in the back of the board to give a little direct air on the backside of the CPU. That means I have to cut a hole in both the side panel and the motherboard tray. Without the tools to do that, i'll go find a machine shop 1st thing in the morning.
I can't match the speaker cover so it comes off and a matched pair of goalie masks backed with a womans sheer scarf will be mounted on the panels. A little juvenile? Yup, but it is Halloween! It will look great or it will look like crap. Then I'll do something else, after Halloween!

Got a drill? You could just buy a hole saw set.

I've got a cordless but it's not up to this kind of work. I need 1 41/2in dia. hole in the side panel along with 8 [4ea] 3/4in slots. The Motherboard tray needs a 6in hole in it but that can be round or square, doesn't matter.
That is not a job for a cordless drill. The two hole saws would cost more than it's going to cost to have it done!
