OC'ing E4300 @ 3.00Ghz Help needed

Hardware is in my sig. 3.00Ghz was a little harder to get to than The Biostar experience taught me. From here on out it's going to get a bit tricky, and my 1/2 knowledge. 1/2 educated (sometimes!) guess work needs a little added to it!

at the moment, 3.00Ghz isn't quite stable. It's handling the OC, I ran 3DMark06, and it's Folding both the GPU & CPU clients., it doesn't feel right. I'll bet she isn't stable when I pour the coal to her.
I'd like to make her stable here and higher. [I had her booting at 3.42Ghz but Windows didn't like it!
Anyway, this is what I've changed:
I unlinked the memory clock mode
Set FSB to 1337 (just wanted to get over 3.00GHz)
Memory to 735

I upped the FSB volts from 1.35v to 1.45v. Should I up that another 0.10v? Probably not.
Is there some other things I might change? I'd prefer not taking the Temps any higher! [ pics ]
