Advice? AGP!!! <--- i know...

First off HI! to everyone, its been awhile.

I have a Dell motherboard w/ a 2.8 ghz 800mhz FSB
FX 5200 (256m)
2gig pc-3200

I really dont have the money to build a new comp. so i was looking at a X1950 Pro (agp) for $70, i think its a huge improvement from 8.6 gig/s to 44.16 gig/s. is it worth it? I'm super tight o cash right now...

and it sucks that the only high speed of any sort i can get is HughesNet, i tryed WildBlue (HAH!), Wild blue is worthless. But anyways its nice to be back.

That would be a substantial upgrade. If you can't build new that should get you buy for a while.

actually, i just got my hands on a free 3850, its unreal compared to what i've ever run. (remember i've been out of the game for awhile, the best agp card i had was Ti4800)
