| FTP server and downloading issues I've had numerous issues with people downloading files, especially larger ones, that seem to stop about 80-99% complete, then won't continue if they cancel and try to start the download again. I originally thought it was the directory browsing with IIS 4.0 (with W2K) or 5.0 (with XP Pro) but now the FTP is exhibiting the same issues. Has anyone seen this before? Is there a time out feature that is causing downloads to be terminated or conenctions dropped?
