Connecting a PSP to an Xbox 360

Yes, cuz the PSP in it's USB mode just looks like every other USB flash drive. Seems a bit of a waste to use a PSP just as a flash drive though.

Does the Xbox 360 play iTunes files that have been stripped of their DRM?

Take a look here, may not be useful but it's certainly talking about the possibility of playback. AAC is part of the MPEG 4 standard anyways so i'm sure it's possible.

Yes - from any USB device that has its memory or storage formatted in FAT32.
