Changing of the IP address

Okay, let me set up the peices first. There's this site, that only allows 2 downloads a day. I want more than 2 files from it. I think it's tracking my IP address. Now i'm not directly connected to the net, i'm connected to it through a dorm network, so i was wondering if there was something i can do to my settings somewhere to change the ip so it will think i wasn't there.

Your externally facing (Internet) IP address is not under your control. Besides, they've implemented those rules for a reason - what could that reason be?

If it's a remotely popular site, bandwidth costs $$. If you're not willing to pay towards the use of their resources, then stay with the 2 files per day limit.

Webproxy is the way to go if you are desperate, however, don't expect it to be fast.

Try Tor/Privoxy.
