Lenovo probes Sony laptop battery fire

Lenovo, the world's third-largest personal computer maker, said on Monday it is looking into a fire incident on a Lenovo laptop PC equipped with a Sony battery.

Last news that I heard was that they were not sure that it was an original battery or a third party one. Until that is established, there's little point in commenting.
